Supplies: 3 x 5 index card or similar Some feathers Magic Marker Wiggley Eyes Glue Gun Scissors

First cut a "T" shape out of a card. This will be for the eyes.

Next, color the top of the "T" with the Magic Marker...no magic needed yet.

Mark where you want to set the eye and put a dap of glue on the "T"

Trim the area around the eyes so just a trim of black is showing

Take your card and slightly bend it in half long ways. Dont Crease it!

Now take your point digit and push it into the back of your card so it buckles like so>>>

Now when you squeeze the sides in, the card will close and when you release the tension, it will open.

Glue the Eye mount "T" just above the top of the crease on the back.

Trim some feather all an equal length and glue them to the back of the eye mount "T"

Walla! Your 2 minute Puppet!

Add some color if you like...add a tongue, how about some hair? Teeth? It's up to your creativity.
